Hey Everyone;

    Just out of curiosity, is there a way to render PopcornFX files ontop of Sprite 2D's? I'm thinking that sprite renderers draw on top of everything but I am unsure if it's just me. The only solution I can think of if that's the case is to change my sprites to textures and put them on a plane.

Hi AMerrill,

You can change the pass in which the particles will be rendered in Edit -> PopcornFx Preferences.

There, if you change the "Insert native Rendering" to "Before Image Effects", the particles should be rendered on top of your 2D sprites.

Hope this helps!

This worked, thank you. If I am doing a mix of 2D and 3D I will definitely have to make planes / quads for my 2D images so that particles can effectively be on either side of them.

Much obliged Paul!
