I've imported an animated FBX of a character. It comes in t-pose fine. When I turn on 'Animation/Skeleton/Skinning' and Build Assets from FBX, the Skeletal Animation becomes  available in Generated Content, with the proper animation, however the skin has lost its weights and looks like a mess of polygons.

What am I doing wrong?
Breaking the scale channel worked - it had a key and was creating the issue.

You can try to check the UseAnimFrameBind box to use the first frame of the animation as BindPose.

If it's not working, you can send us your fbx at support@popcornfx.com and we will look into it.
