I'm trying to create a nice looking trail for a particle effect I'm creating. I want this trail to only follow the movement of the particles they are trailing and completely ignore the movement of the instance to prevent the trails from growing very long which creates an effect I do not want. I was able to achieve what I wanted in the PopcornFX editor by attaching a Localspace evolver to the trail spawner evolver with WorldToLocal_Previous enter and LocalToWorld_Current leave. However when I load up the particle effect in game the trails become all glitched out as they fly off into the distance and cause massive amounts of lag. I can't figure out why this is happening and could really use some help.

That issue seems to be engine specific and related to PopcornFX SDK, please contact us: support at popcornfx dot com.
