Best/recommended method to simulate linear wipe of texture similar to what you would see in After Effects

First of all, I wanted to know if this is even possible in PopcornFx.  If it is, what is the best method to approach this in PopcornFx?

If I got you right, you want to scroll the Billboard particles' texture ?

I can see two ways to do that:

If you are talking about Ribbon particles, you can scroll the texture with the TextureUField particle field, which is the U value of the texture coordinate that will be given to the shader.

Thanks, Jordan! This helps me out tremendously. I think I will the more "custom material"-way due to its flexibility as well as the fact that I do prototyping in both UE4 and Unity. I will also try out the other methods that you suggested just so I have a bit more experience with those methods in the future.
