Binarize .pkfx files in streaming asset (Unity)

In a built project, is it possible to binarize .pkfx files in the streaming asset folder so that nobody can acces your vfx if they own the build ?

Yes, you can create an AssetBaker.pkcf file in your editor pack's Config directory.  
You'll need to put the following lines in it :

COvenBakeConfig_Particle    $LOCAL$/Particle
    BakeMode = Binary;
