Upgrading to Unity 5.6 FX Connections Breaking [closed]

We just upgraded to Unity 5.6 and upgrading Popcorn FX as well, but had an issue.

Is there a way to correct this without going through and manually resetting all the FXs and re-assigning?

When you say the connections break, do you mean the bound fx in the PKFxFX' m_FxName or the actual components on your gameobjects?

If the latter you need to backup the popcornfx scripts' meta files.
