Hi,

I keep getting this error: Error : [ HH_PARTICLES ] Sampler AnimTrack "Path_1": Cannot load AnipClipPath "Cache/Meshes/curvePath_2.pkan/Resource".

This happens every time I create a motion path animation and export the fbx from Maya, then bring it in to the PopcornFx editor. I "Build Assets from FBX" in the mesh editor. Then I save the asset.  But when I connect the curvePath.FBX to the AnimResource property in the AnimTrack, I get that error above^^^^^^.

I noticed there is no .pkan file being created in my Cache/Meshes folder, but the ERROR mentions curvePath_2.pkan.

I would like to use my motion paths with PopcornFX

How do I fix this situation? Any help would be great

Hi,

Did you have a look at this wiki page ? It explains how to properly import existing animations inside an imported fbx file and after that how to plug it to the Animtrack sampler.
